These terms apply when you buy from Sable. Please read them — they set out what we owe you and what you owe us.

Who you are contracting with

. REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH — a legal name, registered address and company number must appear here to sell into the EU and the UK.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item is out of stock or a price was displayed wrongly — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include VAT where applicable. The price you are charged is calculated on our server from the product you selected — the amount shown at checkout is the amount taken. Payment is by card through iyzico with 3-D Secure verification by your bank.

Delivery

We dispatch within 24 hours on business days. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, and are listed on our shipping page. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered.

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason, and we will refund you. Our own returns policy is more generous than this and does not replace your statutory right.

If something is faulty

Goods must match their description and be of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under consumer law, and nothing in these terms limits that.

What this product is not

Nothing sold here is a medical device, and no description on this site is medical advice. If you have a health concern, speak to a qualified professional.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which our company is registered. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country of residence.
